Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the day of order. Babo does not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
All orders require a signature upon receipt and for that reason we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
Returns
Babo hopes that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange within fourteen days (14) of your receipt of goods only if the items are un-opened and in their original packaging. Note: Goods purchased as a sale item or special purchase, earrings, lingerie and swimwear may not be returned or refunded.
Should you wish to return your goods, please contact our customer care at info@baboatelier.com and provide full details of your original order.
Please obtain a proof of purchase when posting your return and enclose your original dispatch note or add a cover letter with your contact details and order number and clearly state if you would prefer a refund or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Your payment for the goods will be refunded by Babo as soon as possible by the original payment method, no later than 30 working days after we have received the goods. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded, neither will your expenses for returning the goods to us.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Babo Atelier, Solonos 51, Athens, 10672, Greece.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Faulty Goods
Any items delivered to you which are received broken or faulty will be exchanged or refunded. Please contact our customer care via email at: info@baboatelier.com
